I am an immigration attorney obsessed with learning as much as I can, and teaching what I know, about immigration to benefit the immigrant community. I am vehemently anti-fraud, anti-exploitation, and pro-American. I believe immigrants are the foundation and future of this nation. I created this blog because I needed a forum to grow as an immigration attorney, to challenge myself to think critically and objectively, to reach out to others interested brainstorming solutions, and to vent my frustrations.

I specialize in all areas of employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visas. I dedicate this corner of the web to the community which continuously challenges and inspires me – the immigrants. Through my work, I have met people from all walks of life and from every area of the globe. On an unrelated, unprofessional (and perhaps more interesting) note, I am fascinated with the following: growing green vegetables, farming, yoga, cooking, reading, learning foreign (and secret) languages, hiking, star-gazing, chopping vegetables, teaching, learning, traveling and dancing. I also feel that treating people nicely is the most important part of life. It’s a completely undervalued and underdeveloped skill in our career-driven society.
